Instructions:
- Attach digital pictures of the suspect pieces or parts (max. 2MB each*).
- Attach pictures of the entire play set from at least (2) different angles (max. 2MB each*)
- Attach "Proof of Purchase" (invoice, sales receipt, etc.)
Please note that the pictures directly off of a digital camera are likely to be larger than the 2MB maximum for this form. There are many programs available on the market to resize images to make them "web-friendly." If you do not have such a program available to you, try the free service below, which will resize the images online, and you can then save them to your computer. You may wish to save them to your desktop so you can find them easily.
